How Does the Admissions Process Work?
If you have found your way to this page, something spoke to you or there is a part of you that would like to find out more about enrolling yourself or a loved one into Balance House. This is a big decision and we are here to guide you through the entire process.
Call our Admissions team at (801) 851-5260 anytime and speak with one our Admissions Counselors. They will walk you through your questions and get a better understanding of your current situation.
Should you decide that we are a good fit for you, there is an application to fill out, which will allow you or your loved one to get clinically and medically approved for the program.
We do not claim to have all of the answers to everything. However, we do have some. We promise to make you feel safe, well taken care of, and above all else a part of our community. Our goal is to make this as smooth of a transition as possible for you and your family.
We are located approximately 25 minutes from the SLC Airport. If you are approved for the program we will discuss an arrival date and logistics.
