Prior to Admission
Our admissions counselor will collect your insurance information during the pre-admission process and then we will contact your insurance provider to determine your anticipated financial responsibility, based on the most-up-to-date coverage information. This process is typically completed at the beginning of the process or during your initial phone call.
During Your Treatment
Once you are admitted into EVNSQ, our team maintains regular contact with your insurance provider for ongoing utilization reviews and information requests. We provide all necessary documentation for coverage to help streamline the payment process so that you can better focus on treatment and your journey.
Your insurance providers may take up to two months to process your claim and sometime longer. Our experienced billing team will help you understand your benefits and your financial obligations in relation to that of your insurance company’s responsibilities. If a claim is not paid by an insurance provider within a certain time frame, our team can assist you in following up to pursue payments, including making appeals of insurance company denials.
